its BUTTER!!!
On the left is the butter I made earlier this week, with whipping cream bought from the store.
On the right is the gorgeous butter I made this morning, using the raw milk. Isn't it simply divine?
And it tastes SOOOO good!

Oh I'd LOVE to have some on an English muffin. Nothing like REAL butter in all of those nooks and crannies. I do use a reader, but go ahead and send me an email when you update your blog. I like to have little reminders!
